Solid Design System was founded in 2008 in Ludhiana by Er. Nimrat Pal Singh, a mechanical engineer with a passion for precision and a drive to innovate. Born into an entrepreneurial family that pioneered lathe machine manufacturing under the renowned brand “Sant Lathe”, Nimrat grew up immersed in the world of industrial craftsmanship.

Instead of following the crowd, he chose a bold path—focusing exclusively on special customized CNC tools at a time when the market was saturated with standard options. His vision was clear: not just to sell tools, but to build lasting relationships by offering honest advice, tailored solutions, and unmatched technical support.
